2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical goods that are unused and in their original packaging. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@goocyte.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Goocyte error or a defective product.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet shipped. While we make every effort to process cancellations promptly, please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee the item will be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order:
To request a cancellation, email us at hello@goocyte.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your order number and relevant details. No reason is required for cancellation.

If Your Cancellation is Successful:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the payment has not yet been captured, the pending charge will be canceled.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with refund details.

  • Your Order History will reflect the change, with “Canceled” displayed next to the canceled item.
